Appetizers:

1. Mini Chicken Peach Sandwich - Brioche bread, leaf lettuce, shredded roasted chicken, mixed with pieces of chopped peaches and mayo. 

2. Mini Papa Rellenas - Deep fried mini potato ball filled with ground beef filling, raisins, egg, and olive. Comes with a side of salsa criolla (Peruvian onion relish).

Entres: 

1. Lomo Saltado - Stir-fry beef (sirloin), onions, chives, tomatoes, soy sauce, and fried potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley and served with a side of white rice. 

2. Tuna Causa - A yellow potato sandwich like. It consists of layers of cold yellow mashed potatoes flavored with lime, filled with avocado, tuna salad, drizzle of mayo on top, garnished with parsley, slices of cherry tomatoes, eggs, and olives.
