Entrees (Choose 2)
-Papa A La Huancaina - This is a cold dish starting with layers of fresh leaf lettuce, followed by slices of boiled potatoes covered in Huancaina sauce, topped with olives and slices of eggs. Our Huancaina sauce is a yellow pepper cheese sauce.
-Arroz Chaufa Casero - This is Peruvian style stir fry rice in soy sauce and sesame oil mixed all together with hot dogs, scrambled eggs, ginger, and chives.
-Vegan Chaufa - This is our Vegan version of the Peruvian style stir fry rice. The rice is fried in soy sauce and sesame oil mixed all together with chopped sweet potatoes, chopped potatoes, slices of tomatoes, ginger, and chives.
-Salchipapas - Beef hot dogs served with hand cut fries and a side of shredded lettuce (Sauces for this include Ketchup, Mayo, and Mustard).
-Salchipollo - Beef hot dogs, handmade chicken nuggets with house seasoning, served with hand cut fries and a side of shredded lettuce (Sauces with this include Ketchup, Mayo, and Mustard).
-Tallarin Verde - Also known as green spaghetti. Peru's style of spaghetti covered in pesto sauce garnished with grated parmesan cheese on top.
-Spaghetti with Huancaina Sauce - Spaghetti covered in Huancaina sauce garnished with grated parmesan cheese on top.

-Mini Alfajores (with/without coconut shavings) - Anise sandwich cookies filled with manjar filling (tastes like dulce de leche). Comes with or without shredded coconut flakes.
