SnowChi's Chicken Sandwich - Our famous chicken sandwich comes with a fresh bread roll, shredded lettuce, deep fried chicken, fried egg, melted mozzarella cheese, potato sticks, ketchup, mayo, mustard, and our famous sauce called aji de polleria (non-spicy).

SnowChi's Chicken & Waffle - Our personal play on the classic Chicken & Waffles. Deep fried house seasoned chicken tenders, served with Picaron waffles with Peruvian chancaca honey drizzle (tastes like molasses). Our Picararoes are made from 3 main ingredients (anise, sweet potato and squash). Picarones are traditionally Peruvian doughnuts, but we use the dough to make waffles as well. 

Boomerang Fried Oreos - Classic deep fried Oreos with a personal twist! Oreos dipped in Picaron batter, served with powder sugar. 

Alfajores - Anise sandwich cookies filled with manjar (tastes like dulce de leche). Comes with coconut shavings as well. 

Tres Leches - A sponge and light cake that is soaked in three different types of milk like evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk, covered in whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and maraschino cherries on top. 

Chocolate Tres Leches - A chocolate version of the traditional Tres leches cake. A sponge and light chocolate cake that is soaked in three different types of milk like evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk, covered in chocolate whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings on top.  

Picaron Nuggets - Peruvian doughnut holes dipped in chocolate.
