To our customers,

SnowChi is a Peruvian food trailer in Ocean County, NJ. Two food loving gamers, doing their best to bring Peruvian cuisine for everyone to enjoy. For most people who think or hear about Peru, they usually think of the tall mountains and ancient ruins, but its true treasure is in the richness of our culinary legacy. Our culinary history goes back to the Incas with our maize, chilies, quinoa, spices and our large variety of potatoes. With time, we were influenced by the different cuisines the immigrants from Europe, Asia, and Africa brought to Peru inspiring us to incorporate that into our cuisine. Peru is the country of combinations and it’s our way of honoring the different types of cultures. This makes Peruvian cuisine one of the best cuisines in the world.

Everyone has their own style of cooking Peruvian food. Here at SnowChi, we plan on keeping the traditional Peruvian flavors while still adding our personal twist to certain dishes, desserts and drinks. We pride ourselves in making tasty food that will keep you coming back for more. We prepare every meal with a lot of love & passion. Our philosophy is to have fun doing it because in the end, all we want to do is to spread Peruvian food with all of you, make our dreams come true, help animals, especially bunnies, and be able to provide for our family.

The neat thing about us is that your purchase wouldn’t just support us, you’ll be helping out a furry friend too! A portion of our sales goes towards bunnies in need. Rabbits get dumped by their owners more often than not, especially during Easter season. These are the worst times for rescues for they get flooded with dump rabbits. The reason for this is because there was little to no research done on how to properly care for a rabbit before owning one. Unfortunately, this makes them the highest exotic pets to be in rescues. Some are lucky enough to at least be surrendered at shelters, while others are released into the wild. Domestic rabbits have extremely low to zero chance at surviving in the wild unlike wild rabbits do. It is our goal to bind our love for Peruvian food while bringing recognition to the public about domestic rabbits. Together, we can be their voice and give them another chance to a fur-ever home. They deserve to be truly loved, properly cared for and definitely spoiled just like our other furry friends. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and for supporting us. We hope your experience at SnowChi speaks for itself and we hope that you continue to enjoy your time with us!

_Calling ALL coffee lovers! You can order tasty coffee from our friend Tina Kougias who is the Founder and CEO of Binky Bun Coffee! Her coffee is so fresh and delicious. Out of all her coffees, in our opinion, the Brownie Batter coffee flavor one pears very well with our Peruvian pork, sweet potato and onion relish sandwich. We encourage you to try it! Make sure you try their other flavors as well.

A portion of her sales goes towards bunnies in need. For more info go to https://binkybuncoffee.com
