5) Papa con Cremas:

Papa a la Huancaina - Huancaina is our yellow pepper cheese sauce. It's presented with a piece of lettuce, slices of potatoes huancaina sauce, served with egg and olive on a mini plate. Half Tray fits 6 cups = $50 Full Tray fits 12 cups = $95 (Can make it a bit spicy if requested)

PAN CON CHICHARRON

This sandwich is a breakfast staple in Lima, Peru. The pork sandwich consists of a fresh bread roll, thin slices of fried sweet potato, deep fried pork cut in fine slices, and salsa criolla (Peruvian onion relish). Recommended with a side of coffee.
