1. Mini Tuna Causa Balls - Creamy mashed mini potato balls flavored with lime garnished with tuna salad on top.  

2. Mini Chicken Causa Balls - Creamy mashed mini potato balls flavored with lime garnished with chicken salad on top.  

3. Mini Papa Rellenas - Deep fried mini potato ball filled with ground beef filling, raisins, egg, and olive. Comes with a side of salsa criolla (Peruvian onion relish).

4. Mini Chicken Peach Sandwiches - Brioche bread, leaf lettuce, shredded roasted chicken, mixed with chopped peaches and mayo.

Entres (Pick 1):

1. Mom's Cheese & Onion Empanadas - Deep fried cheese and onion empanadas served with a side of Ketchup.

2. Papa A La Huancaina - Fresh leaf lettuce, followed by slices of boiled potatoes on top, covered in Huancaina sauce (yellow pepper cheese sauce), topped with Peruvian olives and slices of hard-boiled eggs. 

3. Lomo Saltado - Stir-fry beef (sirloin), onions, chives, tomatoes, soy sauce, and fried potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley and served with a side of white rice. 

4. Peruvian Beef Stew - Beef stew consists of beef chunks infused with carrots, raisins, potato chunks, and peas. It's served with a side of white rice. 

5. Grilled Flank Steak - Flank steak that has been marinated and seasoned with Peruvian spices, served with white rice, and slices of fried potatoes.

6. SnowChi's Stuffed Chicken - Stuffed chicken with spinach, roasted peppers, onions, shredded carrots, and parmesan cheese filling, and served with homemade chive, red skin mashed potatoes.
